IJRSML is open access: anyone can read and download every article free of charge. Authors of accepted papers pay a one-time article processing charge (APC). There is no fee to submit, and no fee for rejected papers.

Optional extra
Authors may order a printed copy of the journal. It is charged separately, plus courier charges based on the delivery address.
Peer review
Every paper is peer reviewed before acceptance: the editor checks scope and originality, then independent experts in the subject review it double blind (reviewers and authors do not know each other’s identity). The fee is requested only after acceptance and never influences the decision. See the peer review policy.
Licence and copyright
Articles are published open access under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) licence. Authors keep the copyright of their work. See open access and licensing.
When and how to pay
Payment is requested only after a paper has been accepted. The editorial office sends the payment details with the acceptance letter. After paying, email the transaction ID, paper ID and paper title to editor@ijrsml.org.
Fee waiver
Papers of top quality from authors with a high citation count may be published free of charge. The editor decides on a waiver; authors may ask for one when they submit.
Withdrawal and refunds
If an author withdraws a paper after acceptance but before publication, the APC may be refunded in full or in part. Once a paper is published, the APC is not refunded.
