ABSTRACT
A very special relationship between India and Russian this is a strategic relationship which has been decisive for various types of political scenarios. The history of India-Russia relations dates back to before the Cold War. India is always grateful for the support of the Soviet Union in its independence. Also, it was important for India to be friends with the Soviet Union. The multidimensional results of this friendship show that we can see various types of changes. These include promotion of war-related activities, nuclear energy, import-export of fossil fuels, high technology, technology and development. Since the time of India’s independence, there has been a strong relationship between India and Russia. As India and Russia have progressed towards globalization, their mutual coordination is worth considering regarding foreign policies.
